Mailer123 is a mail merge add-on for Google Sheets. It sends from your own Gmail account, from the spreadsheet you have open. Below are the things people write in about most, and how to reach a person.
If you have an account, open a request from your dashboard. It arrives with your account attached, which usually means we can answer without a round of questions first, and you can see its status there rather than wondering whether it arrived.

Either way, please do not send us recipient email addresses. We hold none and do not want any — describe the spreadsheet row instead.
Install from the Google Workspace Marketplace, then open any Google Sheet and look under Extensions → Mailer123. The add-on asks for access the first time you start a campaign, from inside the spreadsheet. Every permission it asks for is listed, with its reason, on the homepage.
Almost always Google's daily sending cap, which applies to your mailbox rather than to this product and which no plan can raise: 500 messages a day for a personal Google account, 2,000 for Google Workspace.
Nothing is lost. The rows still marked Queued in the sheet are exactly the work remaining, and the campaign picks up from them when the cap resets.
Open and click tracking needs the dashboard, and the add-on has to be connected to it. Open the campaign dialog: if the tracking checkboxes are greyed out, it says there why.
Even when it is working, an open is only recorded if the recipient's mail client loads images. Many block them by default, so the real figure is always higher than the reported one. That is true of every email tool; anything claiming otherwise is guessing.
Only your spreadsheet knows, and that is by design. This service stores campaign totals and never recipient addresses, so it is a question we genuinely cannot answer for you — see the privacy policy for exactly what is and is not kept.
Manage a subscription from Billing in your dashboard, which opens the payment portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the plan active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Uninstall from the Marketplace, and revoke its access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking stops all sending immediately. Deleting your account removes the data we hold; the privacy policy says what that covers and how long it takes.
