Analytics
Track delivery and engagement across your sending with the Metrics dashboard and campaign reports.
mailer123 records what happens to every email — delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained — and rolls it up in three places.
Metrics dashboard
The Metrics section is your time-series view. Choose a time range (7, 15, 30, or 90 days) and optionally filter to a single campaign, and you get:
- Summary cards — sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained.
- A trend chart — toggle which event to plot (all, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained) across the range.
- Engagement rates — delivery rate, open rate, and click rate.
Open and click rates are calculated against delivered mail, and counts are unique per recipient (the first open/click is what's counted).
Per-campaign reporting
Every campaign has its own report — headline stats plus a per-recipient breakdown of who opened, clicked, bounced, or unsubscribed. See Campaigns. Use Resend to non-openers from a sent campaign to follow up with people who didn't open.
The message log
For the raw event stream — every individual email and its delivery timeline — use All Mail. It's filterable, exportable, and links to a full per-message history. See Sending email.
How far back your analytics reach depends on your plan's retention window. Older data ages out of the charts on smaller plans — see Send quotas & plans.
