Templates

Create and manage reusable email bodies you can drop into any campaign.

A template is a reusable email body — a name and an HTML body. Save the designs you send often, then load them into a campaign in one click. Templates live under Templates, shown as preview cards.

Creating a template

Click New template and fill in:

  • Name — must be unique in the project.
  • Body — paste HTML or plain text. Plain text is converted to HTML automatically, and you can switch between an Inbox preview (sender/subject framing) and an Email preview (the rendered HTML) as you work.

Your body can contain personalization tokens like {{name}}, {{email}}, {{unsubscribe_url}}, and any custom field.

Publish or save as draft

The primary Publish button saves the template ready to use; the button's menu also offers Save as draft if you're not finished. New templates are published by default.

Generate with AI

The Generate with AI panel helps you draft a body without leaving the page: pick an email type (promotion, newsletter, welcome, follow-up…), describe what you want, and it produces a prompt you can paste into any AI assistant — then bring the reply back into the body.

Spam check

Use Check spam score to run the body through a content check before you save, and address anything that might trip spam filters.

Attachments

Where attachments are enabled, you can attach files (up to 10 files / 10 MB total) to the template. When you apply the template to a campaign, its attachments come along.

Managing templates

From the Templates grid you can open a template to preview it full size, edit, duplicate (handy for variations), or delete. Select multiple cards to delete in bulk.

Using a template in a campaign

In the campaign composer's Content step, use the template picker to load a saved template into the body (and its attachments). You can then tweak the copy for that specific send without changing the original template. See Campaigns.
